The service, after the first night, was helpful and the staff were very friendly, although there may be some concerns about security as keys seem to be easily given out. The location is great for those utilizing the train, being only a 3-minute walk from the Bern Train Station, putting it in a very central spot close to the city center. Regarding dining, the breakfast was ordinary and not included in the rate, which may not justify the price. However, for those preferring fish dishes, there might be some appeal. Overall, the hotel offers decent facilities, but it might not be the best value for money due to certain drawbacks in the rooms and dining experiences.
